Returns and Exchanges
Quality checks are conducted on all of our products before being packed and shipped. All our products are properly packaged in adequate bubble wrap and delivered with utmost care so please rest assure.
Our homeware products may exhibit slight variations in colors and shapes between batches due to their handmade nature. The colors of the products in images may also vary slightly from the actual product due to lighting effect in photos. These handmade inconsistencies do not affect the quality of our homeware in any way, and each piece is made to last the years.
We seek your understanding that all items sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Only items damaged during delivery resulting in crack or chip will be eligible for refunds and/or exchanges. Request for refunds due to change of mind will not be allowed.
The sale of all discounted items is final and are not valid for exchanges, returns or refunds.
What do I do if I received a faulty item in my order or my item breaks during shipping?
In an unlikely situation that your item(s) are damaged or comes with missing or incorrect products / quantity, please email us within 3 days upon delivery at hello@curatesco.com or DM us on Instagram with your invoice and clear photos of the fault and the original packaging it came with. More details on the issue may be required, hence it is advisable to get in touch with us right away.
We will arrange for a replacement of the same product if its still available or offer a refund if out of stock. Refunds will be made to the same method of payment as the original payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Can I return an item for an exchange instead of a refund?
You can request for an exchange for item(s) of equal or lower value. The appropriate exchange value would be between the final amount paid at check out (after discounts and vouchers have been applied) and the current price stated for the desired product(s) at the time of request. Any discrepancies in value will not be refunded.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning any items and re-delivery at a fixed rate of $5. Returns must be done via courier with our selected courier company.
For all refunds and exchanges, all items must remain in their original received condition and packaging. Any breakage or damage(s) found, in exception of the issues discussed, will not be accepted. We appreciate your kind understanding considering the delicate nature of the majority of our items.
Curates Co reserves the right to update our terms & conditions at any point in time and reject any request that does not meet our return & exchange policy.
