ORDERS
What methods of payment do you accept?
All items are listed in Singapore Dollars. We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayNow (follow instructions written at checkout).
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If an order has already been packed up or shipped, we will not be able to accept any changes to the order. Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel your order once payment has been made.

Please be advised that cancellation is not allowed for products produced on a made-to-order basis or for preorders/backorders.
The item I want is out of stock, can I order more?
Thank you for your interest in our products! We are open to pre-orders should any products become unavailable. Feel free to check in with us at hello@curatesco.com or drop us a DM on Instagram.
Please note that pre-orders typically take 3-5 weeks for shipping so do only order if you are comfortable with waiting. Please note that all orders under preorder are not refundable.
You can also click on "Notify me" on the item that is out of stock to be notified via email once it is restocked.
PRODUCT
Are your homeware pieces microwave, oven and dishwasher friendly?
Most of our products including ceramics and glassware are dishwasher friendly. As for ceramics, some are microwave and oven friendly. Nevertheless, we recommend you handle the pieces with care, especially those with matte glazes, and if possible, opt for handwashing. Please refer to the individual product description or contact us at

How do I care for my ceramic pieces and glassware?
Handle your ceramics and glassware with care to ensure longevity. To prevent potential thermal shock or cracking, refrain from subjecting the ceramics and glassware to sudden temperature changes, such as pouring hot drinks after ice and use caution when setting it on hard surfaces.
We recommend using natural or non-abrasive dishwashing liquid to prevent general wear and tear of surfaces. Should you prefer to hand wash your ceramic kitchenware, avoid using metal sponges and harsh scrubs to prevent potential scratching on the surface.
Do you have a warranty policy for your products?
Curates Co does not offer a warranty period. We seek your understanding that regular use or misuse may lead to wear-and-tear including scratches, marks, and cracks considering the delicate nature of the majority of our items. Please note that no refunds or exchanges will be accepted in such cases.

Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
We are dedicated to pursue sustainability by exploring new ways to make our packaging as eco-conscious as possible. Currently, we reuse recycled and upcycled plastic bubble wrap and other packaging materials to protect your order. We also try to use biodegradable honeycomb wrapping paper whenever possible. We encourage you to reuse and recycle these materials when you can.
SHIPPING
How long does it take for my orders to reach me?
Once you've placed your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to your inbox. For in-stocks, your order will be processed within 1-2 working days before it is shipped out. Delivery takes another 1-3 working days. Slight delays may occur during peak/festive seasons. We will contact you if there is any delivery delay.
All items under preorder or backorder will require 3-5 weeks to process and ship. Shipping delays may occur so please order only if you're willing to wait. Do note that all orders under preorder or backorder are not refundable.
What are your local shipping rates?
Flat delivery rates are applicable for orders to be delivered within Singapore, island-wide.
For all other orders under SGD80:
Standard shipping (1 - 3 working days) - SGD6.50
For orders of SGD80 and above:
Free shipping (1 - 3 working days) - FREE*
*Kindly note that complimentary delivery is applicable on the final order amount, after discounts and voucher values have been deducted.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is now available! Fees will vary depending on the package volumetric weight and location. This excludes international taxes and duties that may be charged at the destination, and such taxes and fees are to be borne solely by the customer. Just key in your address and the corresponding shipping price will be reflected.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return and exchange policy?
We seek your understanding that all items sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Only items damaged during delivery resulting in crack or chip will be eligible for refunds and/or exchanges. Request for refunds due to change of mind will not be allowed.
If you have received a faulty item, we sincerely apologize and will work to process your item's return as quickly as we can. Please visit our return and exchange policy page for more details.
What do I do if I received a faulty item in my order or my item breaks during shipping?
Quality checks are conducted on all of our products before being packed and shipped. All our products are properly packaged in adequate bubble wrap and delivered with utmost care so please rest assure.
Keep in mind that handmade products might not be identical and could include some small differences between batches. Products may have slight variation in colours and finish or small imperfections due to the handmade nature of our products, as such these are not eligible for replacements or refunds.
In an unlikely situation that your item(s) are damaged or comes with missing or incorrect products / quantity, please email us within 3 days upon delivery at hello@curatesco.com or DM us on Instagram with your invoice and photos of the fault and the original packaging it came with.
We will arrange for a replacement of the same product if its still in-stock or offer a exchange of item/refund if out of stock. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
TRADE, CORPORATE, WHOLESALE
Do you do any custom, corporate or wholesale orders?
Whether you're a small family business or a large restaurant chain, we would love to pair our ceramic dinnerware and glassware with your menu.
We are also happy to work with you to customize your ceramic tableware including custom logo imprinting, packaging customization to suit your brand needs. Take note that a minimum order quantity will be needed for custom orders. Confirmation, production and shipping will take an estimated 6-8 weeks, depending on the size of the order.
